Quantum Learning: Implementation Plan

School and/or district personnel work together with the Quantum Learning team to develop an implementation strategy that will best support your staff. The formation of a Quantum Learning school leadership team consists of the administrator, a designated QL lead teacher and two to four additional staff members. The leadership team meets on a quarterly or other regular time schedule to review the implementation of the program. The QL lead teacher organizes weekly or monthly QL support meetings with teachers. Follow-up support:
QL Club bulletin board is a free online resource and support system. The QL Club is an online community, generating conversation that helps teachers implement Quantum Learning strategies, concepts and foundations in their classrooms.
Implementation and Reinforcement days develop an in-depth understanding of key concepts. The school team and facilitator work together to discover how Quantum Learning can be applied to individual needs and classrooms. Educators get the opportunity to interact, ask questions and practice their new skills.
Schools may choose from the Quantum Learning curriculum as a focus. They may also select specific topic such as:
- QL Curriculum Design Frames: designing sample lesson plans around specific content. Teachers are grouped by grade levels and content areas.
- Quantum Classroom Management
- Brain Research Applications for Learning
- Character Building
