QLT Levels 1-5 (Each level is a one-day, six-hour workshop) Quantum Learning for Teachers is a professional development program for educators that provides a proven research-based approach to curriculum design and delivery. Each level is a one-day, six-hour workshop, which sets the stage for the next level and emphasizes fundamental competencies. See what a few teachers have to say about their QLT training: watch video. Educators receive theory and strategies for: • building a strong foundation of common understanding of classroom norms and procedures • creating a positive atmosphere of rapport and respect • constructing a supportive environment that reinforces learning • facilitating effective classroom management based on motivation • designing engaging lessons that make content more meaningful and support standards-based curriculum • identifying and reaching all types of learners • improving presentation skills In addition, participants receive resource manuals appropriate for their specific training day(s).

QLT Topic-Specific Days

We offer a range of QLT one-day trainings based on the topics that are most critical to educators today.Each topic is a one-day, six-hour workshop. The trainings can range from one day/one topic to five days/five topics depending upon the number of topics you want to address.

QLT Public Workshops

Quantum Learning for Teachers five-day Public Workshops are like the QLT programs described above; however, they are open to all K-12 teachers, Title 1 coordinators, Administrators, GATE instructors, Special Ed instructors, Counselors, and Adult/Vocational Ed specialists. Participants can take the full 5-day program or choose one or more days depending upon their prior QLT training. QLT Reinforcement - Refresher Days QLT Reinforcement courses deepen educators' understanding of each Quantum Learning training level. The instructor assists your team in how best to apply the concepts and strategies to individual learner needs and classrooms. Teachers get the opportunity to interact, ask questions and practice their skills. Refresher days update the QLT program and workshop participants when there has been a significant time lapse between levels. QLT Classroom Coaching Days

QLT Classroom Coaching days involve fun, dynamic and interactive exchanges between the Quantum Learning Instructor and teachers in their own classrooms. The instructor provides support and feedback and fine-tunes Quantum Learning techniques for greater performance. When desired, the instructor will personally instruct a learning skill class and model Quantum Learning methods, as well as meet with teachers for individual coaching, brainstorming and debriefing.
