INSTITUTES

Equip teachers with a system that improves learning and engagement

Quantum Learning provides public institutes in many cities around the U.S. throughout the year. Whether it is professional development for teachers, or administrators, we have a variety of options for you. We offer our popular Quantum Learning for Teachers Levels 1-5, Quantum Learning for Leaders and Put Me In, Coach! programs. For more information on each program, and the city it will be in, read below.

Teacher Programs

Teachers trained in Quantum Learning methodologies learn both the “why” and “how” of creating effective learning environments for their students. Program participants develop a “tool kit” of practical, research-based strategies and techniques within a framework of instructional and classroom best practices. The result: enhanced teaching effectiveness, increased student engagement, and a culture of student achievement.

Most Quantum Learning public teacher programs are five-day, 30-hour courses covering Quantum Learning for Teachers (QLT) Levels 1-5. Program levels are sequential. Participants new to Quantum Learning may register for all five levels, and participants with previous QLT program experience can choose to continue their training with the levels not previously attended, or retake the levels already completed as a refresher.

Put Me in, Coach!

Quantum Learning’s dynamic Put Me In, Coach! course enhances the observation and coaching skills of those in instructional coaching, mentoring and tutoring roles. A synthesis of best science-based coaching practices, this two-day course provides theory, models and skills for improving teacher effectiveness and student achievement.

Leadership Programs

Quantum Learning’s leadership programs provide experienced, new and aspiring school leaders with proven strategies and tools for effective instructional leadership at the school level. Participants in QL leadership two-day programs discover practical, time-tested processes incorporated into a framework for supporting positive change. Strategies are designed to build a strong professional learning community by increasing teacher capacity, motivation and student engagement and achievement.
